This pizza hut is trash. Second time in two weeks I ordered my usual & NEITHER order was delivered. I called the store number &... it is a customer service hotline that has ti transfer you to the store. I asked when my order would be here after 3 callattempts & was told 9:04. Quoted original time is 40 mins before that. Now it's 30 mins after that. Garbage customer service. Read more

Poor service--fail. The cashier did not know how to operate the register--fail. I ordered a meat lovers and they only gave me a... pepperoni--fail. The only positive thing I have to say about the experience is that the pizza that I did receive tasteddecent. Overall, Pizza Hut has progressively gotten worse and worse over the years. NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T STRESS YOURSELF OUT WITH THE INCOMPETENCE AND DISREGARD. Tried ordering online and the system kept kicking... it back. So, I called the number for the store. Spoke to a guy named Ryan with an accent. He sounded completely disinterested intaking my order and that should have been it for me. BUT...... .I went with it because I know sometimes a person can be having adifficult day. Went to pick up my order 30 minuted later and I give the person my name and number and they said they did NOThave an order for me. When I said I called, they said their phones don't work and she didn't even know the number (signs ofcomplete incompetence). No apology, no let's start making your order now, just.........we don't have an order for you. I leavethe store because at that point I'm disgusted with how the store has now handled the situation. Call the phone number again andthe same person answers and I say I just spoke with him and the store doesn't have my order, and he disconnects the call beforeI even finish speaking. Called another store in Union City because I wanted pizza! Apparently Pizza Hut forwards their calls toa customer service line, which is bs. I speak with (Vic) and he has my order in the system and tells me to hold on. He returnedto the line three times apologizing and telling me to please hold on. The pizza was stiff, the sausage which was suppose to be beef was hard and over cooked, the cheese sticks were hard on top,... burnt, greasy and soggy on the bottom. The cheese pizza was burnt. I called the store no one picked up. Read more

I was on the phone with the store directly and they put me on hold to go and check on my order and never came back to the... phone.. Then disconnect the line. It took over an hour and a half for 2 med pizza and cheese sticks FOR CARRYOUT. NEVER AGAIN.Service is not so great. Management needs to do better! Read more

I ordered a pizza online. When I went to pay, it told me the service was down. Called to order a pizza. Was told that it... would take 35 minutes. After an hour, I called back and they could not tell me the status of my order. They tried to connectme to the store directly and the number was disconnected. I had to go into the my credit card statement to see that I had beenrefunded and presumed that meant that I wasn't getting my order. What a disaster! Read more
