I have never had a positive experience here. Many times I?ve ordered chicken in the drive thru and I?m told that all they have... are thighs, or no fried chicken at all, or no cole slaw, etc. I came through the drive thru 2 weeks ago around 8pm and orderedone of the classic chicken wraps and was told they didn?t have any. I returned a week later at dinner time and they were sosmall it wasn?t even worth the $3. Classic chicken wrap was smaller than my Roku remote. Bring back the Twister, please. Fullsized. Read more
This place closes at 11pm. I was there at 10:28 an the only thing they had was macaroni and cheese and chicken tenders. We need... someone from cooperate to handle this. Why even stay open. And this is not the first time it happened. I called the number tospeak to a manager no answer. I will definitely contact cooperate to see if they even care about their customers. And the ownerwho keeps making excuses about the service and the food, when are you going to do anything about this. Enough is enough. At thispoint you might as well close the place down. My walk in experience was quite pleasant. When I walked in Kenny offered my napkins, because I was sweating. I ordered and my... food came fast the breast ,biscuit and mash potatoes were perfectly KFC. While I was eating employees cleaned the dining roomand gave great customer service. They did a great job! Worst kfc i ever seen. Nothing was clean. They had no chicken available only fries and biscuits and beverages. Then they will... disrespect them if you refuse to purchase. The manager hides jn the back and wont give up her name so i cant call corporate. Most of the staff look homeless and treat the chicken and sauces like its personally theirs. I wont be back!! The choices given was very limited. There was a lot of yelling except for the one who took my payment, The loitering all around... the parking lot was major The chicken was dry the biscuit was hard. I didn't try corn being I asked for mashed potatoes. Thecashier couldn't give me a receipt. I was hoping the service would've been better since it was at the airport. Read more
Cashier at window was friendly. I was told there would be a wait on my chicken strips, and told to pull to the front and wait.... No one ever came out with my food. I ended up parking at the door then waiting another 15 min inside for my food. I got back tothe car with my food and my dipping sauce was missing. The new Mambo sauce was great.. I ran in to get something on our way home from the airport and it was just before closing. The staff was very friendly and got... everything out quickly. The chicken was a little soggy and way too oily and not enough flavor. Read more
