I have never had a positive experience here. Many times I?ve ordered chicken in the drive thru and I?m told that all they have... are thighs, or no fried chicken at all, or no cole slaw, etc. I came through the drive thru 2 weeks ago around 8pm and orderedone of the classic chicken wraps and was told they didn?t have any. This place closes at 11pm. I was there at 10:28 an the only thing they had was macaroni and cheese and chicken tenders. We need... someone from cooperate to handle this. Why even stay open. And this is not the first time it happened. I called the number tospeak to a manager no answer. I will definitely contact cooperate to see if they even care about their customers. My walk in experience was quite pleasant. When I walked in Kenny offered my napkins, because I was sweating. I ordered and my... food came fast the breast ,biscuit and mash potatoes were perfectly KFC. While I was eating employees cleaned the dining roomand gave great customer service. They did a great job!
