Customer service is awful. I ordered sandwich, paid for sandwich. Then I was told that the sandwich maker was in a new hire... interview?WHAT! I was asked to wait for sandwich maker. I said the sandwich maker should come make the sandwich then go back tothe interview. That was relayed. Then I was told that the sandwich maker was on the phone with the store owner. The owner shouldknow better, the customer comes first. The sandwich maker came out, after waiting for 5-7 minutes, said in a rude, irritatedmanner, bear with me, No apology. He began to make sandwich, throwing ingredients on the bread, then pushed it towards me. Iasked if he put the oil and vinegar on it, he said yes. I said you didn?t I was watching you. He looked at order, then proceededto give me a cup for oil and vinegar. I said, no I am not accepting, gave him back the sandwich, and asked for my money back$8.07. He said he will refund back to card, after I asked him 3 times. I will not tolerate bad customer service when I amspending my money. Read more

This location is always closed before the closing time of 9:00. The same employee locks the door and tells the customer they are... having technical difficulties. I live close to this one on Camp Creek and have to ride all the way to Dixie Hwy and they arealways open until 9:00. This is the 4th time. I dont think the owner is aware of this. Read more

My Jimmy John's experiences vary per location but it's always positive. The camp creek location is by far my favorite! The... sandwich arrived fast, it was great and the atmosphere was perfect! If you're near Camp Creek Parkway, visit Jimmy John's! Read more

I've been hitting this location up more often and my sandwiches have always been perfect! They stay busy but they have attentive... and quick service. As a former JJ assistant manager, I admired how PERFECTLY my sandwich was wrapped tonight. Literallyperfect. Read more

It seems as if I have to catch the right crew shift to get my sandwich made correctly. For the past couple of times I've... ordered my sandwich, picked it up, and got all the way home and realized they didn't put my tomatoes, mayo, peppers, oregano,and/or onions on it. For most of these toppings, I pay for the extra portion. I don't understand why this is so hard to makefor some of the employees, but not the others. Most often I don't drive back to get it corrected because of of my pastexperience with the sassy black male manager that worked there maybe about a year ago. I had the same problem, called to see ifthey could redo the sandwich because it was made with only lettuce, meat, and cheese. They guy was rude and like, "No, I can'tmake the sandwich over. You gonna drive all the way back up here for some tomatoes, mayo, etc." My reply was "I shouldn't haveto, but I will because if you ordered a pepperoni pizza and they left of the pepperoni, wouldn't you want it made correctly?" Miss thang said, "No, I would just eat it". I reminded him that he wasn't me and I want what I paid for. Nevertheless, eatingthat sandwich was like eating a blt without the l and t. It just wasn't a good experience. Fast forward... I had a similarissue today, but I checked before I left and realized I didn't have the toppings I paid for. Told the young lady what I wasmissing, she gave me the toppings, but didn't give me the tomatoes because she didn't see "extra". Ok, miss, maybe I forgot toput extra on that one, but ya'll mess up my order every time. Trust me, I've paid for them 4 times and didn't get them. Simple customer service gestures go a long way. Kudos to the other crew who always gets my order made perfectly. I don't knowthere names, but I believe it's the blonde/brown haired guy and the other person that wears glasses on that crew. I visited on Sunday 9/18 around 5:30 in the evening. I didnt get any names but the entire team did a wonderful job. That was my... first time visiting and I was very pleased. Everyone was very professional with a pleasant attitude. The restaurant was cleanand the food was very fresh and tasty. I didnt receive all the ingredients I requested on my sandwich but thats ok. Maybe theperson making the sandwich didnt read the ticket for add ons because it was printed on the receipt. The food was still good tho.I will most definitely return and encourage others to visit them as well. One young man with a short afro (sorry I don't knowthe name) appeared to be leading the team and he was awesome. He communicated exceptionally well and very respectful. Way to goyoung people! Keep up the great work! Read more

After fasting and working all day all I wanted was a simple sandwich. The customer service was horrible, after checking my... sandwich twice and letting them know that it was made incorrectly, I get home and my sandwich still has no onions on my sandwichafter asking for all of the freebie toppings except cucumber. I explained this to the sales associate and the manager. Themanager was the gentleman who had the attitude problem, and seen as though he was offended because I wanted my sandwich madecorrectly after not eating all day that's all I ask. I eat at Jimmy John's frequently throughout the Metro Atlanta area, this ismy very first bed experience and I'm a bit disappointed. Read more

It's after the open time....door still locked. Why? Change the time to 11 if they can't open on time. I saw a review from 7 mos... ago for the same issue I see it has not been resolved . Thank goodness hapeville isn't too far away. It's already a nightmare toget to this one off camp creek just for them to not be open when it says they should be. Read more
