There drive-thru microphone does not work. You have to order at the window or go inside. Cashier at window was just annoying.... She act like she couldn't hear me. She never asked me if I wanted a drink with my meal. She didn't check my bag to see if I hadmy extra stuff that i purchased. Didn't ask me if I need condiments. Weird behavior. Heard manager in there cussing at somebody.Just giving ghetto vibes and I have never had this experience before at this location. Food was good and fresh. Church's Chicken... Atlanta, Georgia (East Point) Affordable options large proportions, delicious food. 3 Piece meal came with... a Biscuit, Coleslaw 2 Breasts and one drumstick... Fanta Strawberry for the drink... No franchises in my hometown of Seattle soit is a treat and a privilege to eat here... Catered perfectly to my cravings for 'Fried Chicken'. First visit at Church?s Chicken. Wasn?t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised and happy with the meal. Chicken was... plump and juicy and the biscuit was pretty awesome too. Had the Mac and cheese but no rating on that as I?m not a fan of that ingeneral. Would definitely stop back. Another surprise was the girl who waited on me. The chicken was good and the fries is salty as hell. The coleslaw taste like old slaw. It wasn't fresh. It taste like leftover... from last week that wasn't switched out. I will never order there again. Read more

I pulled up on this location at 10:47AM the sign says pull to the window to order. I pull up at the window no one is there. I... wait 3 minutes no one is there. I get out of my car and try to walk inside the door is locked. I see 2 employees inside so Iknock on the door?nothing. I knock on the window?nothing. I returned to my car circled the building so maybe they catch me oncamera maybe hear a bell?I pull back up at the window there is an individual with headphones on their head placing chicken inthe warmer up front. I toot my horn only once?nothing. The individual walks back to the rear of the store. My lunch was ruinedno chicken no customer service! Waited 20 min in drive thru, while watching 4 employees walk outside and take cigarette smoke breaks and resupply store.... Received food only to bite into uncooked biscuits with raw dough! 8 employees were on duty and plenty of chicken was on display.No utensils received. Absolutely a horrible experience especially after this location being renovated. Everyone at that locationneeds to be trained and and/or fired. Read more
