I absolutely love Taco Johns. Favorite fast food place hands down! However, tonight me and my boyfriend went to go through the... drive thru. We sat and waited for about five minutes and nobody said anything. Tried saying hello to get their attention.Nothing. We drive around the restaurant to see if there?s anyone there, and I check their hours online. Says they close atmidnight. No sign saying they?re closing early, and as we drive around theres an employee trying to hide from us. Drive aroundagain and there?s a man walking toward the restaurant in a Taco Johns uniform. Man goes inside, we think: ?okay we?re gonna gettacos now.? Try to go through the drive thru again. Nobody talks to us or answers. My boyfriend finally pulls around to the doorand gets out and knocks. Guy previously trying to hide from us pops out from behind counter and motions that they?re closed.C?mon Taco Jons. Do Better. The potato oles were hit hard with salt, same with the chips. Their regular sauces were not got at all. The best thing we had... was a fried chicken taco with the jalapeno ranch. That sauce should be available for everything! So good! The customer servicewas VERY GOOD! Read more
First off the young woman, Gabby, that waited on me is the epitome of what good customer service should be !! Not only was she... friendly and made me feel that i picked a good place to eat right from the moment I arrived at the ordering board til I droveaway with my food. Second other fast food places should take this as a prime example of how to treat customers (considering we,the customers, are paying your salary) Thank-you Gabby(sp) you were amazing and I look forward to eating there again not justfor the good food but, the amazing Service I received while I was there !!! Great resturant, came in on a vacation to trip to visit some family. We had a big large family order. Food came quick, was... fresh, and not messed up at all. We dropped a drink on accident and they had no hesitation to help clean up and bo complaints onthe mess. Definitely a great friendly staff. Will definitely stop here again when we visit. I f*cking love Taco John's. It only ranks #2 to Del Taco in the midwest. The Potato Ole's are salty as f*ck but delicious. ... The tacos are great. Everything is great. The food is cheap. I prefer getting a side of sour cream and sauce packets tocomplete the experience. Read more

I'm a big fan of tacos and Mexican food in general. I eat at taco bell more often because there are more in the area, but Taco... John's is just flat out better. It tastes more like what I would cook at home if I had more time. First time I've eaten here inyears but I'll be eating here more often even though I have to drive triple the distance because it's just really good in myopinion. After a few more visits to sample their menu, I could be ready for a 5 star rating. Maybe, we'll see. Read more
