Reviews for Potbelly in East Peoria, IL
It seems expensive, for 2 people to eat sandwiches and chips for $31. But I guess that's life with the democrats.
I'm in town from Tennessee visiting my family so I took my daughter grandbaby out try here for 1st time. Great service food... prices and fresh deli style sandwhichs I will be coming back. Bread is on top Read more
Had the Avo Turkey and Hero sandwich on flatbread. Both good but you get a lot more with the Avo.
Stopped in today because of a charity event sponsored by Potbelly for the East Peoria Police and officer Klyber. The officer was... injured in the line of duty. All sale proceeds today go to the officer and his family. This alone is enough to rate therestaurant highly. Honestly the staff and large crowd of participants is overwhelming loving. Food and pricing is very good.Inside walls are covered with local memorabilia. Read more
It's Friday the 13th at 6pm, all the restaurants in the Levy District had huge lines and waits so we decided to go to Red Robin... but it was packed a well so we came over to Potbelly's to eat. Walking in the way to order seems totally backwards andcompletely not efficient with a lot of confusion for the customer. From the door you go all the way to the opposite wall tostart your order then work your way back to the door to pay. Wife and I had the pick 2 option(half a sandwich and soup or saladand a drink). Our daughter had a peanut butter sandwich on white bread with a cookie and a drink. One guy behind the counter hadto practical walk and instruct each customer thru the ordering process, while the girl looked completely lost and the kidrunning the register struggled on everyone's order to ring up. The ordering process is a complete mess and needs a completeoverhaul. There was plenty of seating as there was only 4 tables being used(friday night at 6pm). Get sat down with our food, going thru the food my wife's mac and cheese looked terrible so she took it back. The talkative guy said sorry that was our ladyone I knew I shouldn't of have it to you, wierd.... so she got a salad which she said was good. My daughter's peanut buttersandwich on white bread was labeled wheat on the bag and it was wheat????. My prime rib sandwich was cold and was raw n notpink cooked, RAW! My cheddar broccoli soup wasn't bad but had zero flavor and substance (it was practically all cheese). Mydaughter's cookie was a little bigger then a half dollar oreo sized, kinda thought it would of been a cookie of size like whatthey have displayed at the register, nope. To add at the end of the experience, my wife went to the restroom came out and saidthey are out of toilet paper. As we left my wife just let the girl employee know they we're out of toilet paper. The girllooked at her like she had snakes coming out of her head and didn't reply to my wife or acknowledge her. I always give Read more
Pretty darn good! Nice place with a pretty good selection of items. Fresh clean ingredients at a decent price. Good selection of... house chips. Some Outside seating. Only negative here was a very dirty floor littered with food and napkins and such. Read more

I'm a Google local guide and I take my reviews very seriously and I'm very sorry to have to write this review. I love the food... here. I've recently become very fond of it. the staff is always nice and helpful. The place is always clean but I had a freesandwich that I had earned with points and it expired but I didn't know it had an expiration date. so when I contacted thecustomer service of potbelly (not the East Peoria location, just the regular customer service) they told me they could see myfree sandwich and then it expired literally the day before I went to use it and they didn't care. so if they want to treat melike garbage, I'm happy to return the favor with this review.
