Not a bad place to grab a quick bite. The people could be a little nicer. Very serous employees I am not sure its bad but it's a... little intimidating. The parking and drive through can be challenging so pay attention to where and what you are doing. Read more
Dined in for the first time in a long time. Not sure if it was just inexperienced crew or just been too long since face to face... interactions with the public, but the cashier's could be more friendly. They forgot half the order but we're polite andprofessional about getting it right. Defiantly could use a little more direction behind the counter, everyone seemed a littleoff. As I just told a manager my last three times there I have not gotten what I paid for! All I asked was to have cucumber sauce ... for a Gyro?s! I got a container with a half teaspoon of it at best! Then the manager said he was working the back line and heput three circles on the sandwich he did not! The sandwiches cost enough that the customer should be able to get enough sauceand meat to eat! Your employees think that they do absolutely nothing wrong knowing all the while they don?t care! i?m fed upwith it! You need to retrain your workers including management and give people a fair deal that they ask for instead of tryingto boost yields at the customers expense ! I?m done with your Arby?s ! Read more
