Same Coffee, Different Vibes* This location is very dirty. They don?t clean the sidewalk in front, the tables inside & even the... counter at the register is wet & sticky. I asked to put my order in a bag, and they set it on the counter wet counter, for me todo? No order ahead either, seems like a huge mistake. I wish this was nicer, as they are located next to a Tesla Super Charger,so I am often here waiting for 30-45 mins. I ordered 4 items in total at 12.45pm today. They gave me 3 of them and I was waiting for my fourth order. The tall person... over there rudely told me to wait near the wall. I think he is supervisor. It was not nice for him to behave like this while Iwas waiting for the order with a mask on my face and right at the pick-up point. This location was out of alot of breakfast sandwiches staff was a little rude..tried to come back 3 weeks later and this time... they were out of Pink Drinks and no siracha for my sandwich..On top of that the guy ahead of me who already had his order tookup the tellers time and instead of dismissing him they held a 5 minute conversation til i was recognized for me to order..as anurse from out of state i enjoy finding local businesses to appreciate...I wont be back to this location..3 strikes youre out..ihighly recommend retraining staff on how to talk to guests or ordering food/drinks ahead of time to properly stock thisestablishment.. Every time I come in here it?s something. A guy was sitting on THE COUNTER WHILE MAKING THE DRINKS! We are all supposed to have... mask on & they did not inform this lady to wear one. While shopping at the grocery store next door, I decided to get lunch at this Starbucks next door. Jay was one of the baristas... on duty. Truly, it was one of the best interactions I've had at Starbucks or any coffee shop for that matter. She greeted mekindly and honored a promotion which was quite special to me.
