Website says they are open 24 hours they are actually not open 24 hours I just went at 2:30 AM and they told me they are not... taking orders because it is too late that is upsetting because on their website they say they are 24 hours hopefully a managersees this if the employees are just being lazy. 3rd time ordering drive threw and they never get my order correct. What is the point of having an ordering system where you... place your order but they only charge you what they want. They make you waste your time getting down to get the rest of theorder instead of solving it at the window. The whole reason you did drive threw was not to get down to save time. It?s obviousthat the workers lack proper training and instead of correcting their error, they argue back. Very disappointed with the lack ofefficiency and staff attitude in this establishment. The most incompetent people work there. They cant get a simple order right and they are very rude! The manager is apparently... doing a awful job! I asked for fresh chicken nuggets because they always give out old and hard chicken nuggets. Instead, they just warmed them up... so by the time I got home they were hard as a rock. I would go back for a refund but it's late night and I got work tomorrow. Read more
