CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP! THis is the worst unorganized adult employee hangout spot I?ve ever seen in the 18 states I?ve lived... in. Ordering here is similar to ordering with. A 2 year old at the register. I said my order maybe 6 times the same exact waybefore I made my payment witch I knew was crazy. There 10 people work 2 customers grab a seat because that?s alittl overwhelming for this location. 5 people should service each customer if you was a positive outcome here. Don't walk in and expect prompt attention. I stood and watched this girl do everything else except acknowledge the line at the... counter. Why would door dash orders take precedence over the customer standing in your face? Is everyone working the drive thruat 12pm? Unacceptable! I walked out. I am not the type of person to post negative reviews but I had to. The Wendy's on Main St. Is a COMPLETE DISASTER turtle slow... service smh messed up orders and about a 30 minute wait for your food. I wonder why places like Boston Market on Central Ave.and this Wendy's is so poorly managed. Is it the city of East Orange? We don't see this in other communities. Long wait lines. And for 2 consecutive weeks they have gotten my order wrong in the drive through. Sunday staff really can't... hear to well. I ordered (2) 4 for4. She asks me what drink for BOTH. I say Coke for BOTH. I get to the window she says Iordered 1 and cannot add on anything. After waiting in line for 10 mins. Worst service. Will not return. Not worth thehassle. They are focused on lowering the perceived customer wait time that they are letting a line build up like crazy. They have you... wait to order until the person is done at the window and pulling off just so it can seem like they processed your order quickly.This is HORRIBLE and backwards business management for whoever thought of this bright idea! Horrible Service. I did a mobile order of a double stack, super easy. Ordered 20 minutes ahead since I knew it would be busy... arrived exactly when it was ready. They have it sitting on the to-go order rack, I can clearly see it. I go up to the pickuparea and not a single person behind the counter even looks at me. I waited for 20 minutes as people were ordering at the cashierand getting fresh hot food before I could get my one cold sandwich, I didn't make a scene or fuss, and when I finally was givenmy bag I couldn't even ask for sauce she walked away so fast. I don?t leave reviews too often but this one is necessary. I wish there was anything positive I can say about this location but... there isn?t. If you can, try to avoid this place at all cost. When I say the service is horrendous, it is truly anunderstatement. Car lines are always crazy, crazy long. Inside is even worse. Place is always dirty and smells like urine.Employees look drained, exhausted and like they hate life. It takes forever for anyone to even get to the register. The needbetter employees , people who actually care. This location is awful. Zero stars if I could. Read more
