Known for the frozen yogurt "that my wife loves". But the ice cream is damn good too.
Love the white chocolate mousse yogurt (ha I think that was the flavors name)!! So glad tcby is still on long island :)
How can I express the significance of customer service, attentiveness and patience. The owner should be so proud of how his... staff handles every order and more importantly, every customer. The staff greets every customer and send them off with a thankyou. What I witnessed tonight by a customer was disgusting, rude and disrespectful but more so I was so impressed with the waythe young girl/employee handled the situation. She was patient and professional and she was probably all of 16 working her firstjob in the most demanding customer service business. You could sell the worst product (coincidentally it?s the best TCBY in thecountry) but if your staff is engaging, sincere, attentive, caring and nice, customers will always come back. I always get a parfait especially on Saturdays when it is $1 off. Never know what to put on the bottom though. Been going here... for years, always friendly kids behind the counter. Today their credit card machine was down. Good thing the wife had somecash! Place is clean and new being that they just moved in. (They had to move to make room for new TDK bank) Room for about 10to sit inside with a couple benches outside. Conveniently located next to Mozzarella pizzeria if you are hungry too. Read more

If you buy a cup of yogurt they should probably fill it up I am a good customer who goes there at least once a week and spends... more than $25 in my family in the last two months the yogurt I have been receiving the cups are at least probably half fullfilled mostly with air if you don?t want to give the yogurt then change the cup size but don?t cheat the guest and take themoney at this point this is my last time I will not go back there?s another ice cream spot right up the block and they?re reallygood as well but at least they fill up their cups and give you your value not asking for much just want what I pay for Read more
