Known for the frozen yogurt "that my wife loves". But the ice cream is damn good too.
Love the white chocolate mousse yogurt (ha I think that was the flavors name)!! So glad tcby is still on long island :)
How can I express the significance of customer service, attentiveness and patience. The owner should be so proud of how his... staff handles every order and more importantly, every customer. The staff greets every customer and send them off with a thankyou. What I witnessed tonight by a customer was disgusting, rude and disrespectful but more so I was so impressed with the waythe young girl/employee handled the situation. She was patient and professional and she was probably all of 16 working her firstjob in the most demanding customer service business. You could sell the worst product (coincidentally it?s the best TCBY in thecountry) but if your staff is engaging, sincere, attentive, caring and nice, customers will always come back.
