Awful, terrible location. I love Chick-fil-A but this is the worst location I?ve ever been to. First of all, curbside pickup... and in person pick up was randomly canceled as an option, leaving the drive thru as the only option, even if you place a pickuporder. So if you don?t have 40-45 minutes to spare to sit in the slowest fast food location, then don?t even show up here. Thedrive thru line/process is also a huge mess and wraps into traffic on Dekalb pike and traps customers into their parking spots.This location doesn?t seem to do any proactive drive thru stuff like other locations either such as the iPad order in advance,etc. which causes lots of tension, confusion and honking. Second, I was retaliated against because I accidentally didn?t checkin with the drive thru speaker, even though I didn?t have a drive thru order? Sorry I missed it but that?s not a good reason tohave terrible customer service by the man at the drive up window at 5 pm today by not using any manners, slapping the food bagagainst my car, leaving out napkins and leaving out our sauces, causing us to have to come back and I still thanked him for theretaliation. Be more clear about your instructions and don?t punish your customers who have been waiting in line already for 40minutes. Will avoid this location like the plague. Read more

This has been my worst experience ever at a chick fil a. It took about 45 minutes to get a simple meal number 1. The workers... moved very slow and were not focusing on helping waiting customers. This place needs new management right away or it won?t bearound for much longer. Not one employee had a smile on their face and seemed like they didn?t want to be there. Read more

Drive thru is slow as molasses! Been to other chick fil a locations and they are not this bad! It should not take half an hour... to pick up a mobile order! I spent more time waiting in line than I had to drive to and from this location. Need to look intogetting better management to handle this situation because it truly is unacceptable! AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU VAULE YOUR TIME AND DONT WANT AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU FOOD! If I could give no stars I would. This... location has been run into the ground by poor management. The staff is incredibly rude, I?ve heard a manager yell and curse atthe young employees. I've seen the same manager walk around barking orders at people to get off break, do this or do that, allwhile just walking around and not helping. She stops to look at bags, sometimes moving them but never helping the flounderingemployees. And today (as I write this from the drive thru line that once again has no food coming out the window for more the 10minutes at a time with cars wrapped around the building in both lanes) the boy running the food out had an attitude yelling atcars, while the "manager" walked around outside taking payments.The managers should be helping to resolve issues and make thestore more efficient. Not the same quality of management they used to have. When my food came out I asked for 2 large meals.They rung it up at just large fries with a medium drinks.. not a large meal. This location consistently takes 30+ min to makefood and your lucky if it gets to you that quickly. You're even more lucky if the order was actually what you asked for. Yourbetter off driving to another location like Audubon where there is a MUCH faster and more pleasant experience. Very unfortunateto see what used to be one of the nicer locations fall so low. This is my go to Chick Fil A but tonight was rough. We waited in the drive through just shy of an hour. I don?t know what was... going on but they were handing items one at a time and half of the orders were being put together at the window. The car aheadof us was given food and handed it back because it was incorrect. Turns out that was our order. When I asked I was told ?Ichanged the fries for you? and was waved away and ignored. We are in a pandemic!!! Just get a new bag and new food! It?s fastfood and after an hour wait at least give me food I want to eat when I get home. Did mobile order ahead and waited over twenty minutes for nuggets and fries. People waiting for drinks had a much longer wait... because a machine was broken. Then it took almost ten minutes to get out of the parking lot because the drive thru was at astandstill! The employees were kind and the food was good, but this place has some serious issues. I have been going to this site for 3+ years; not sure if there is a lack of management, but the line service is disappointing.... On the first occasion forgot items and had to walk in and wait almost 40 min for what they missed. Today, they serve the backcars before the front cars. When I asked why, the staff respectfully stated that my food was not ready; while people wereyelling in the back to let them out, they got their food. I watched them serve the same food I order give to five cars behindme. At the end, they ask the front right line to move to the reserved spot so the back cars can move. ???? Read more
