DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! I came thru the drive thru ordered 2 mac and cheese bowls and a famous bowl okay get it home... mind you I live in Moline but work in east moline so came to this location after work well after spending $28 I get my food homeand all the "POPCORN CHICKEN" is rock hard over cooked or they just fried the breading? I'm not sure. Called and was told thatif it's been eaten out of I can't receive a refund lol what a joke I live about 20 mins away I have all the hard "chicken" thatI should've taken back smh this place is a joke I will never give this location my money ever again and if you choose to goodluck! KFC is legendary. Who doesn't enjoy a bucket of crispy chicken or tha 3 or 5 strips of Nashville hot? Oh yes their Mac n cheese... please. My favorites. they close early all the time for no reason with no signs posted. all my boyfriend wanted was kfc on the way home since he is... having surgery in two days and can?t eat tomorrow in order to prep for it. pulled up and they were closed over two hours earlywith no notice or signs up. very disappointed. either update your hours or close the f-ing store for good. The Customer Service is horrible. And when I went inside the two "supposed" managers would not wait on me. I wanted to add to my... order and she refused. So I go inside. There was a young girl there who gets an A+++ but the white Ms. Karen assistant managerand the black follow-along manager were beyond rude! I will be contacting the district manager! Read more
Chicken was not cooked all the way through, called them and they said they can replace up to 4 pieces of chicken. I don't want... the chicken if the chicken was the problem.
