They must?ve changed ownership within the last couple months/year because every time I order my on the go coffee there?s always... soo much milk in it, when I purposely order it with ?one milk? because I?m lactose intolerant. It?s very annoying to constantlyhaving to go back to them and interrupt them and ask them to fix my coffee every single time. Some days I?m in such a rush forwork and I don?t bother to look or taste of coffee be4 hand & run out and it ends up being a literally a cup filled with milkand I end up just throwing it out and going to another Dunkin? Donuts that will actually make my coffee right,it?s a waste of mymoney honestly. I lived in this area for over 20 years And haven?t had this issue since this year. Maybe it?s all the brand newemployees I don?t know how to make the coffee is correct I?m not quite sure. But it?s pretty annoying? The other people thatused to work there knew my name by all the orders I put in daily and would make sure that there was one milk in mycoffee?apparently these new people really don?t care. Read more
This Dunkin has definitely improved over the years. The staff is much nicer, it?s cleaner & my tea/coffee orders are perfectly... delicious. I have to give extra stars in my review to an employee named Sym (I apologize if I spelt her name wrong). She isvery nice, welcoming & knows when I place my mobile order exactly what i take on the side to make my tea/coffee perfect. Read more
I was there maybe 10 minutes ago. The workers were super overwhelmed with the large rush of people social distancing in such... heavy rain, but they kept up a wonderful attitude and cheerful smiles. I pulled up at the drive-thru because I thought I would get a quick bite. Boy was I wrong! After waiting at the window for 10... minutes expecting to pick up my order, I was asked, what did you order again sir? So much for a quick bite. Although I waitedabout 20 minutes.
