Didn't get the name of the young lady that helped us but she was amazing. In a time where it's hard to find good customer... service this young lady went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. She answered all of our questions, was patient andunderstanding and also tried to sell up, a lost art in sales.....oh and the ice cream was good too. Read more

These location is usually busy, but they have plenty of employees to tackle the crowd. They have a big selection of soft serve... in comparison to most locations. My favorite is the pistachio soft serve. This place has a great premade frozen noveltyselection, from mini cones and mini ice cream bars, mini ice cream cookie sandwiches, mini ice cream cups bonnets, sundaes, anda great selection of cakes. This place also serves mini, small, medium, and large ice cream options. The carvels by my housedon't sell a mini option so i thought that was nice. Always get your receipt bc there's usually a coupon on it for a free icecream or discount. Read more

The east meadow Carvel is absolutely the best Carvel around. The owner and his staff are a pleasure to work with. The mini ice... cream cones and mini ice cream cups were a huge hit at a recent party I hosted. When I picked them up, the order was ready. Thecount and flavors were correct.
