My favorite cemita in the area. The only issue I have with them is their inability to honor my requests. Ive asked for... un-toasted soft bread and I get toasted hard bread. Ive asked for extra cheese or chipotle and I get the usual amount. They justneed to work on their customer service. Read more

I genuinely love this lil food truck. Pretty authentic cemitas as far as I'm concerned. They even give you papalo when it's in... season! The cemita de cueritos is by far my favorite. They come out piping hot, and though it's a messy eat, what with thecollagen making your face and hands sticky. The clean-up after is more than worth the feeling of satisfaction this sandwichgives you. Of course, their milanesa is solid too, and an interesting choice is their cemita de patas. It is served cold due tothe aspic and would probably be better on a hot summer day. The horchata is my preferred drink of choice, but they do have softdrinks as well. Read more
