Let me start with the hostess and cleaning did an amazing job when we got there they cleaned the table and floor. The server... never came to us at all. We waiting 20 minutes and she went to the table next to us within 3 minutes of them being there. Wewaited another 10-15 and left. Terrible customer serves on her part. It make me never want to come back. This is not the 1sttime I've had a bad experience but its the 1st time I left and to top it off it was not busy. Read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE!! I only gave it a 1 star because our server was so sweet. I don?t blame her. Where do... I begin. Family of 5 came to dine in. My daughters burger & fries came out with 7 fries (I counted) . My husbands meal wasliterally enough for my 3 year old definitely, my chicken cesar salad was a joke, no romaine and roughly 1/3 cup of iceberg witha thousand croutons to make the plate appear half full. I pointed it out to the server and I said is this for real??? These arenot even realistic portions. She replied ?I know but we?re under new management & they?re really strict on that?. I just left italone not to inconvenience our server who was clearly overworked. Also want to mention the foolery going on with the teen staffwhile in the food prep area. Just so unprofessional. I will never come here again. Friendly's isn?t what it used to be. I willdefinitely spread the word about this location to hopefully help others not waste their time and money. I've ordered delivery and pick up from this location, and it's usually spot on...except for today and my order before this... one. I don't have issues with the meals, just with the ice cream. Last time, there was barely any hot fudge on the sundaes. Thistime, a kid's sundae was missing both the hot fudge and the marshmallow (way to disappoint a child!!!)!!! Once again, the hotfudge was lacking on both large sundaes. This restaurant has lost a formerly loyal and frequent customer. Read more
Service was fine and food was okay at best. Got a pb cup friend z which was half filled with some peanut butter sauce and... probably one Reese cup, used to be so much better. Most weird and uncomfortable experience ever at any sort of friendly. Employees were arguing as i was ordering about a mistake... being made. I understand mistakes happen and it can be frustrating but take it somewhere else or have this conversation later.instead i had to listen to a passive aggressive conversation between 3 employees. The women taking my order seemed like she hadno life left in her. and it all made me feel like the biggest inconvenience.
