Seems quality of food has gone down... inexperienced cooks... My "medium" steak tips came to table basically raw.
It usually is pretty good unfortunately, my experience was not the best. I ordered the French onion soup and I like it to be... well done crispy brown, instead I got a black burnt. When the soup came out I looked at it and I said wow that?s really burnt.My friend got the same thing but hers was nice and crispy the way I usually get mine. I was told well do you want another onelike a well. I order something else and I didn?t want that to be over cooked, it took nearly 45 minutes to get a burnt soup thatI didn?t ask for. I can?t believe the bartender didn?t have the common sense to say to the cook what?s wrong with you. Can?tserve this. And the manager has a real nasty attitude. Honey if you don?t like your job quit. There?s plenty of other people outthere who are looking for employment. Her name is Sheila. Was my first time and someone items on the menu wasn't available. Plus my cousin steak wasn't well done. In my perspective my... Black been Burger was ok because need more seasoning. The server was so patientece and always with a smile. I hope next time Iget a better experience. Read more

It was my daughter's birthday. The waitress was pleasant and made a very good impression. The food was not the best. Steak taste... like rubber, fruit punch was nothing like I ever tasted and never want to taste again, wraps too cold. The salad was great and Idon't even like crotons and I ate them.. presentation is key and my plate was not attractive at all. The best part was thewaitress. Thank you for being pleasant !!!!!!! Terrible customer service. My wife with our twin baby boys requested two high chairs. The Hostess sat them, brought one high... chair and advised ?per policy? we can only allow one high chair. Then they brought another one upon request again and she madeit known that this is a one time thing and we will not allow this again. Firstly what is the point of that comment. Secondlyapparently 99?s is unable to seat families with multiple young children that need high chairs. What a joke. Thanks forsupporting families and making my wife feel bad for having two children with her at dinner. Read more
