I ordered a dark chocolate chip frappe. I told the lady when she handed it to me it was wrong and she insisted it was right. It... was NOT. It tasted just like milk with no dark chocolate or chocolate chips. Everyone I order from here it is wrong. This Sheetjust lost a customer! Read more
Not a happy camper. I got the potato bacon bombs from the made to order and they were pretty much grease bombs instead of... potato. Even the bottom of the bag was drenched with grease. They need cooked longer. Read more
Tried to buy a seltzer and cigarettes and they had a crisis because their dumb computer couldn't scan my I.d, tried telling me... it was expired when clearly if you looked with your human eyes it isnt expired. They kicked me out for encouraging them to usetheir eyes to look at the expiration date. Traumatizing experience. Read more
They are allways busy but they keep enough people on staff that you dont have to wait long and everything is allways clean and... tidy. Thwy have never screwed up my order and they are very freindly. Very hard working an industrious employees. They have anice little walk in beer cooler. Only thing that is missing is ice cream. They could definitely add an ice cream machine itwould make this sheetz better. The parking lot lay out is not good though you might get trapped or stuck trying to get out fora long time. They may not be able to fix this because of the location but it is inconvenient. Read more
I called about a delivery order because the sheetz app was showing an incorrect delivery time (must have been a glitch because I... got my food on time.) I spoke to Jinx and she was so nice and helpful, but could not find my order in the system. When I got myfood there was a nice hand written note telling me that my order came through after the call. It had a smiley face andeverything :) she did not have to take the time to write a note, so I thought that was really kind. Thanks Jinx! Read more
