The last two times I've ordered have been so disappointing. I ordered two different donuts. They gave me two maple donuts... without letting me know or asking if I'd like something else or a refund. I go in to explain what happened & they say "yeah wedon't carry the ones you wanted anymore". That doesn't justify just giving me the wrong thing without asking. The time beforelast, I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar, simple. I pull through and they hand me a black coffee. I asked for creamand sugar. They give it back to me & say "she thinks she may have given you tea, so check". What? Why not just make it fromscratch? I taste it and it's coffee but very bitter. I ask if they put sugar in it. The cashier says she will make it herselfthis time. She hands me a third drink and I just leave. It is sweet tea with milk in it. I go to Dunkin religiously. I take my dog to there at night for pup cups?. This is the ONLY DUNKIN that REFUSES to sell you a... pup cup. I am a daily person at dunkin, and usually don?t have many problems. But for the 7th-8th time the last two weeks my order was... completely wrong. The service is great but giving me a $2 item in place of a $5 item and not saying anything just isn?t cool. Ispend a lot of money here, so some communication that my order was substituted would be sorta nice. To add I didn?t even get 4bagel bites to compensate I got one in each bag. But other than that this dunkin is amazing and so are it?s people. Read more
Watched through the drive-through window as one employee sneezed into her hands, then made my drink without washing them. She... then handed it to another girl who squeezed it too tightly, spilling some out. Rather than making a new drink, she put thebroken cup inside of a new one and handed it to me. So I got a snot covered Americano with a loose lid with with a third of italready poured out. Probably avoid this place. Read more
I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts. Huge fan. The Chippewa Dunkin Donuts can't even get a regular cup of coffee right, so forget... about a latte or cappuccino. The lattes and/or cappuccinos never hot and there is never any consistency in flavor, taste ortemperature. Read more
Love dunkin my food and drinks always good! This is my spot I love their sandwiches esp avocado toast and pesto grilles cheese.... Have never had a bad drink or sandwich and the employees are super nice friendly and efficient! Only wish they would go back tothe old rewards program Read more
