This location DOES let you use the app to get rewards/pay. The staff is really nice and, despite me rarely going there, I still... manage to always see the same workers :P The picture I have attached is the one picture I have of a drink from there (I loveseeing pictures in reviews, so this is for all y'all who are the same). It's an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso withlight ice and extra almond milk instead of oatmilk. It was sooooooo good I can't even explain. SLOW! I am always waiting in line for minimum 30mins upwards of an hour, I love the coffee but just don't have the time to wait... for coffee for an hour no matter what time of day I go. I would go more often if the wait wasn't so long. Read more
This location will not let you use your app to earn rewards. They let me use my digital gift card but as soon as I turned my... phone towards her to use my rewards the lady was rude and very snarky about it. However these are posted everywhere and theystill won't let you. Shouldn't advertise it if you won't accept it. Read more
Super fast service and efficient. Valencia made our drinks and I have never seen someone make it so fast as well as make it... right! It was delicious ???? I have been to slower Starbucks and the drinks seem to come out watered down. Will definitelyreturn! Read more
Coffee was good. Customer service was horrible. We stood in line for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. The... two baristas just walked around doing other things. When we were finally served the barista didn't smile or talk to us, evenwhen we tried conversing with her. Apparent this is the norm as the three customers after us got the same treatment. Employees are great! Location is TERRIBLE. Not a typical Starbucks location. No drive-thru and loud, fluorescent lit seating... area right in front of the registers. This location needs work. Read more
Usually this store is great. I completely understand they are busy. I had three drinks ordered mobile. The order was complete... 10:03. Our first drink came out at 10:07, second drink at 10:12 and the last drink at 10:32. I did not complain as they were sobusy. However when I arrived home with our drinks, the drink we waited 30 mins for was 1/2 full. I should have looked. I calledthe store and they said oh sorry. When I spend $17.00 for three coffees I feel they should at least be full. There was no whipon this drink so it was a hot pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. Read more
