This place just continues to decline since it has opened. They were originally built off of freshness and speed now you will... wait 20 minutes for a burger and fries just for the fries to not be what you ordered. Five Guys is a favorite of mine and they're quite obviously known for their fries. Sadly my most recent door-dash order was... quite bad. I had an express door-dash order and the driver had to wait almost 30 minutes for the food, and the fries were barelyseasoned and. Just a gloop of greasy potato mash with bacon bits (not Five Guy Standard). Door-Dash orders should be treatedwith the same value as in-person orders. If it is a system issue with Door-Dash it may be better to reconsider door-dash's placewith the company to ensure and retain quality food and service.
