The cashier wouldn?t let me adjust or change my order BEFORE I had even paid. I had changed my mind about an item and asked that... it be removed because I no longer wanted it. The cashier told me ?we already started making it we can?t do that.? I said ?Ihaven?t paid yet. I don?t want it. Please, take it off.? He said ?no, we can?t do that.? We think they water down the frosting for donuts. It?s so light you can see through it. Almost like a glaze rather than a... frosting. It?s pretty disingenuous to cheat your customers in order to save a few bucks. ???? Read more
Unlike In frandor these guys have breakfast sandwiches, working ovens, quicker and shorter line. so I come here to get... breakfast sandwiches and coffee, the staff is very friendly, I've not had an issue with them. They tend to run out of theirdonuts pretty fast and the one time they did have the one I wanted it(one left), it was stale so I didn't get it. Read more
They gave me the wrong order, but they?re a new store and it was my first experience there. I?m sure it was just a one time... thing! It?s a great location and the workers are nice, it was just a little mishap (and I didn?t double check my drink, so itwas my fault).
