Amazing experience!! All the way down to the staff, we found excellence. We will for sure be back!! We started with the fried... spam musubi and steamed manapua (pork buns). They were both super delish! The Musubi was like a deep fried sushi with spam. Myhusband had the loco moco with miso soup and the best kimchi I?ve ever had. Came here minutes before closing and still received full dinner service, what champions. Homemade kimchi, homemade smoked sesame... sauce, the most tender pork. This is the kind of food Lansing deserves. Give it a month and you will be lucky to get a tablewithout a long wait. Read more
