Another garbage fast-food joint in our valley. Completely changing their rules without letting customers know. Inside closed... at 7:30pm while online and on the door says 11pm, child employee asks if I want to speak to the manager, no I don't, any 8 yearold knows that this is not the way to run a business, no need for a customer to speak to a manager. Manager reduced service @ 8 pm. She claimed that dining room was close. Post hours on front door for dine in were 8am to 11 pm.... No other hours post anywhere. Manager stopped us cold turkey and say. We are close, only drive thru is open. If there is achange in hours of operation please post them on your front door and update the website. So, I've been driving out of my way to go to this McDonald's even though there is one 2 minutes from my house, because usually... it's pretty good (probably because it's newer). Unfortunately, this was not the case on our most recent visit...the three dayold fries that we received (and didn't eat even though we paid like $4 for each) were the biggest issue, but honestly the factthat my McFlurry wasn't even mixed was up there too...I have one more issue before I stop going here... Went there around 930 at night and was disappointed. I understand Mickey D's is not a high class resturaunt but was met with... people who could not close up shop quicker, even though they don't close until 11. My food was cold, and the simple things, likewhat sauce they asked ME I wanted, was all wrong. Night crew really needs to get it together. Like I said, I'm not expecting a 5star meal but when I ask for no onion because I'm allergic and sweet and sour sauce rather than something else, I kind of expectpeople to be competent enough to make it happen. The person taking orders and giving the food out is very Rude . She does it on purpose to make the people working with her... laugh. You can hear them having a laughter party through the speaker. It sounds very unprofessional. She said they are onlytaking minimal orders because they are about to close. So we only ordered half our food. It was 10:45 pm and they close at 12midnight. She said we could not order McFlurrys or ice cream either. How are they suppose to make money or keep customers happywith such awful experience. She?s very short on her customer service doesn?t let you finish the order keeps saying ?that?s itthat completes your order ?.Only gave us 1 ketchup and no barbecue sauce got even more annoying when we asked for it. Ordered 3 extra hash browns and 3 out of 5 hash browns we had in total were completely rock hard and disgusting.
