WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Order party pizza. I was not happy with pizza. It was not cooked all the way, super greasy in the... middle, cheese wasn't even brown, super mushy. Called manager, he said, sure we will send out another one. But don't touch thepizza! We did take a piece to find it wasn't cooked right. Driver came, gave us new pizza, gave old one back. Manager called andsaid I was a liar and started yelling at me, said they were going to call the police ! I hung up the phone. What kind ofbusiness is this? My family has been getting pizza from here for some time now. I have to say it's been good just order a large two wks back pizza... was extra hot, soft in all the right places. But we just order another large pizza & it was trash. I know you gave us a old aspizza so this is why your review is what it is ok. Not like you care about your customers that spend money with you. DO NOT ORDER from this place. Waited over an hour for my delivery. Called up and they said they never printed the ticket because... it was ordered online. WHAT? Why have an online system if it doesn't work. Epic-fail. Read more
When I called the person on the phone took my order very easily. we didn?t have to wait that long on a Saturday around 4pm and... the pizza was well and sufficiently topped and we used a coupon from old menu and they honored the coupon. My girlfriend and Iwere very happy for first time ordering. Update Aug 2022 I called to order a salad that I?ve ordered five or six times thegirl on the phone told me they don?t even make that salad also the salad that we did get were very wet like a swamp. Do not order from this place I ordered food and I live 7 minutes away I ordered at 9pm and I did it because I was on my way home... from work an hour and a half away I ordered for delivery and it is currently 10:16 and my food still isn't here worst customerservice ever stay away they don't care about customers only the money they take from your bank account Read more
Let?s start off by saying they have the worse costumer service. Starting from the guy who took our order, to even the delivery... guy. The guy who took our order was so unprofessional and had no patience, we asked him only 2 questions about prices and he wasalready giving us a attitude, and wanting to hang up on us. Not only was it a struggle to get our order in but then afterwaiting an hour to get it delivered, our order was wrong and we didn?t get what we asked for and to top it all off the food waspoorly made. It?s honestly bonkers how this place is still in business lol, it?s currently 12:49 I ordered a pizza at 10:50 and it never... showed up, got an update at 12:05 that it should be 5 minutes away, no pizza still. Judging by the reviews I guess this is acommon occurrence, not sure what?s going on in that place management wise but I would never recommend ordering from this placetheres far much better pizza spots food quality wise and customer service wise.
