This person I work with was ordering food when you guys hung up in the middle of her trying to give her card number. About an... hour later, the delivery driver showed up with food. She told him she couldn't have the food because she was paying with cardand she didn't have cash on her so the driver went back to pizza house. Today she tried to order food from you guys and when shetold you the address you guys said you couldn't deliver there because she made your driver bring back food. Then you guys werearguing and basically yelling at her talking bout we cant deliver there, don't call us, etc. So when I called and explained toyou guys that YOU were the ones that hung up and it was YOUR fault that your driver basically "wasted" food and that you shouldstill be deliver to this address, you guys wanted to catch an attitude. This is the best food I've had since I moved to CT. We've tried everything from the pizza to the wings, gyros, grinders,... burgers, seafood, you name it. Everything we order from this place is good. It's hard finding a place that my boyfriend likes togo back to a second time. He's picky about the flavor and taste of his food. Ordered online so no clue of customer service, but the delivery driver was very friendly. Quick delivery, 10 min before said... time. -Pepperoni/bacon pizza: maple bacon and too sweet of sauce for our tastes; ordered well done but was still soggy. -Veggiepizza: cooked perfectly, eggplant was a great addition! Sauce did not seem sweet like the other pizza. -Jalapeno poppers: Standard & frozen, good taste but cheese was luke warm. Honestly, some of the best tasting buffalo chicken pizza i have ever had! And the pizza was so fresh that when i put the pie in... my car and i hit the brake too hard by mistake, the pie ended up becoming half plain half extra cheese and buffalo chicken lol.Seriously, great pizza. Had to wait 40+ minutes for a medium but it was worth it. Read more
