Went there on Saturday 9/17 bowling was good but the pizza and wings were terrible and the soda was hot. When my Sister went to... buy popcorn the cook rudely replied "the kitchen is closed," because not one person in the place had given him a tip. I will notbe returning! I will definitely go to Revolutions or Spare Time where we usually go. Read more

Bowled in a TNBA Tournament there and had a great time. The place is real nice! The staff was helpful and friendly, food was... great! Also needed some work on my bowling ball and the pro shop owner was great! Will be back again from New York for anothertournament! Wish they had a place like this in Albany NY!! Read more
DON'T GET THE FOOD! Just hope my mom will feel better tomorrow. She's the only one who ate buffalo chicken wings, have been sick... since then! CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have a wonderful time whenever I bowl there. The manager is really nice and she gives me discounts because I'm a postal... worker. I enjoy the atmosphere and there is usually league bowlers that bowl. ???? brings back a lot of fond memories when I wasa kid. I used to go bowling when I was in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade when I was in elementary school. Bowling is always a fun sportto play with family & friends! Read more
The lanes are perfectly fine and the availability for the lanes is fine, however the staff is lazy and unmotivated, late and... very unprofessional, the cook arrived an hour late and had his coworker tell us to wait 20-30 more because he wasn't "ready"while all the cooking machines were already on. The kitchen was down for the majority of the day, why take down the sign ifthere's still either no cook or the cook doesn't want to work? He has orders piling up and to make matters worse, there werechildren celebrating a birthday and had a party there, I'm more than positive they're starving waiting for the cook still to beready to work by his terms. They need more cooks to help Incase one doesn't make the cut. Poor customer service. Read more

I used to love this place but this place is trash! First of all, they over priced for a game. Food service was temporarily... closed.... multiple times! Waited 40 minutes for a non alcoholic drink. Staff as a unit.... disappointed. I was 2 seconds fromcomplaining, but didn't want to my date's experience any worse than it was.This will be the last time silver lanes gets anotherdollar out of me!
