Reviews for The Golden Pear Cafe in East Hampton, NY
Horrible. Picked up two sandwiches - for $50 - got home and my sandwich has a moldy tomato on it. Disgusting. Horrible.
I don?t even know what to say. Never written a review before. Comically bad in just about every way. I feel bad for the workers... just as much as the patrons. Total joke. Read more
The food is fine though certainly nothing to write home about. The prices can be somewhat eye watering for what you're getting.... Decent for a quick bite/snack on the go but certainly not a worthy destination. Read more
My tacos were dry and awful, the tortilla was hard and barely warm. Extremely overpriced. Not worth it.
I like this place a lot. Every so often I have to go out to my boss?s house out in East Hampton and I go here for lunch... afterwards. A big selection of sandwiches, food and drink. It?s all fresh and tasty. Prices are to be expected for the locationbut you do get your money?s worth. Sandwiches (even a half wrap) comes with a side of Cole slaw, green salad or pasta (one timethey also offered fresh fruit salad.) Their brownies are also great- just fudgey enough to not be dense and still have a nicecocoa flavor. Staff is great as well. Read more
Shockingly slow and terribly average? $35 for two juices, a cookie? and an actual 20 minute wait while they fulfilled what... seemed like the whole population of Long Island?s orders. And we could see our juice congealing in the blender... It?s hot ashell in there, doesn?t look picturesque, and to round it off cookie and juices were average at best. Epically poor. Read more
The Easthampton chicken curry sandwich was incredible. The service is fast and friendly.
Fantastic Sandwiches, with their ?The Sag Harbor?, chicken salad sandwich being a favorite ? Efficient yet unwelcoming Server on... This Busy Saturday ? WBB again & again! Read more
