Whenever I have a guest visiting from out of city, this is my restaurant of choice. A truly experiential dining adventure worth... the trek, but be sure to make a reservation. Service=impeccable. The staff felt like they were only serving us while still beingattentive to other customers. Every recommendation they made was on point! They know their taste. We had a dig set of sushi, andthis is by far the best way I've ever had them prepared - you get to taste every nuance of the taste and flavor of the fish anddelicate rice. Read more

You know the food is great when you can't decide which dish was your favorite because everything was so delicious. I've been to... Japan several times, so my expectations was high, and I was a little worried, but having tried the sashimi at Kissaki. I wasinstantly reliving my Japan trip all over again. You can't fake the authentic flavors and textures with some freshness andtanginess on the tip of your tongue. I would recommend this place for anyone in a heartbeat. If you still need more convincingto try this place, just look at the menu photos and others' reviews. Read more

FIRST, you need to book a reservation, as the restaurant can get quite busy. The restaurant itself feels very warm and cozy. Our... meal was great. We've ordered the squid “pasta”, tofu creamed spinach and Wagyu Top Sirloin, and the Ebi-Hamachi Futomaki toshare. The service was fantastic, and the food had totally exceeded my expectations. The complex flavors of each dish was simplyamazing. Also, I highly recommend the dessert, Matcha Tiramisu, it's really light, fluffy and perfectly sweet. Read more

After hearing so much about Kissaki, I was glad to finally check it out. We booked a reservation few weeks in advance. The... restaurant has really a great ambiance. Not to mention the amazing decor and well-trained staff. The menu is enormous and theidea is to share, so you get to taste many options. I strongly suggest their cocktails. My friends and I each had a differentone and all were remarkable! Super creative and delicious. Our waiter was great, very knowledgeable about the menu, gave greattips about what to order. If you are looking for a spot for a romantic dinner - this is it. It is the perfect place with theperfect menu. Read more

While the menu has been updated the taste remains the same, absolutely delicious! We come here usually 1x every week or two,... with kids or with friends or even just for a unique drink. The updated menu is extensive, with divisions in all the categories. The reason I am leaving this review is I had the unfortunate timing of being present at the same time as a uninformed patronthat thought wagyu was fish. The fit that was thrown was extensive and I cannot condone a person themselves not knowing what aningredient is, causing such a disturbance, I wanted to juxtapose our always wonderful experience here. Overall, would not recommend. Way too overprice. The medium rare salmon is over cooked, salmon skin has a bitter taste and the... salmon itself is sour. Service was okay, we caught them on a busy hour. Squid pasta is very small portion (first dish in firstpic, doesn’t look like what’s on the menu), mushrooms were too salty. Boton Ebi was okay. The rolls were pretty good (it’sactually not Japanese sushi roll but Korean kimbap). The best thing was the crisp rice appetizer (it was $25 for 3pc, but therewere four of us, so we ordered one extra piece. It was $10 for the extra piece). Read more

Loved it! This is a hot/cold Japanese American cuisine spot in the middle of the Hamptons. Cocktails are well crafted and suited... for every step of your dinner. The experience is all about small bites, you can get veggies, beef or fish and all are equallytasty. Ambiance is cozy, service is very friendly and on top of every detail. It was easy to make a reservation too, which Iappreciated! Bring friends over, the more people you come with the more you get to try. Super recommended: the Nihon 75 cocktailand the Ube cream puff ???? Read more
