I cant even believe the management they have at this place. I witnessed an unfortunate event occur between a young girl and a... waitress. The waitress had soaked her with a soda gun and refused to apologize. The manager did absolutely nothing as thewaitress and rest of the staff made fun of the girl. Disrespectful servers and management. I watched a server spray a girl with soda from the drink station and purposely try to rile... up customers knowing management would allow that type of behavior. Good food but will not be returning and hope they can improvetheir staff. Read more

Came for dinner with family & friends, the food was tasty, and the wait staff are absolutely lovely. However, the manager was... unprofessional, erratic and was outwardly rude to us while being weirdly overly friendly to others, we had no idea what we haddone wrong and were made to feel quite bad. The wait staff had to apologise for her behaviour, and all gave us that knowinglook of, yes this is what we deal with. We witnessed her being short with staff and openly complaining to them about customers. You would be better off having the lovely staff running this low-key place as the manager takes the good vibes right out theroom. Read more

Giving 2 stars because the 5 previous times I?ve been have been positive experiences. Came here this past week and had a very... bad experience that included: bad service, bad food, and a bad apology by the staff. An off night in the kitchen can be solvedwith efficient and attentive service by the wait staff but we got neither. We went and they asked us if we wanted to sit inside or outside and we said either or. There was rain on the horizon but we just... wanted to sit down quickly. We get to sit down and it takes 20 minutes before someone takes our order. After we get our order inthey forget to bring our drinks and appetizers. At this point it starts to drizzle so we move squish ourselves under the roof.It?s fine we are holding up but once it starts to downpour we can?t find anyone to help us and see if we can sit inside. Ifinally go inside and see 4 open tables we could have been moved to with no one waiting to get seated. They clearly forgot aboutus and didn?t care. When we finally just move ourselves inside we are then berated by the manager by how hard her job is. Weunderstood that weather makes her job difficult but we didn?t need to he yelled at for them forgetting about us. The food wasbland and didn?t come out all at the same time.
