Awful experience! There was black crud at the bottom of my drink, luckily I don't drink with a straw or I would have never seen... them and sucked them up. I contacted customer support to notify them and was expecting at least a coupon for a free drinkseeing as I had to throw mine out. Customer service asked for some information and pictures. I sent those and have never heardback. I re-contacted them and now they ignore all my emails. And the real kicker was the pad thai I got wasn't even good!!!What happened to Thai Express they used to be good?!?!?! Read more

I entered the store tonight October 6 at 8:56pm and as I approached the counter to order they said they were closed and would... not take my order. I reminded then that the door was open the sign said open and that it was not yet 9pm but they refused meservice. I will be contacting the manager and owner directly. Amazing food! Great crew working, and a very friendly owner! A must try place!

I placed an order online and picked up the food. When I got home I realized that the two dishes did not include the meat options... that I selected online. Its possible I made a mistake because the receipt said vegetables. I called in and asked if there wasanything they could do and they were very happy to correct the order for me. Just ordered 2 general chicken Thairacha and it was awful!! The chickens were rock hard! How is that even possible for chicken... to get rock hard like that and hurt your teeth with every bite? I got a beef bowl which had questionable chunks of beef. It was Battered and not the normal pieces you get at other Thai... restaurants. Also had minimal vegetables. Then I also got a rice wrap shrimp spring roll. All it had was brown bagged iceberglettuce with carrot bits, one quarter piece of shrimp. It has literally ZERO flavor. I?m threw it out. I wasn't sure if I was going to share this review, because I know this location is brand new, however after sleeping on it I... felt it was worth sharing. I had went in on Friday evening and ordered a chicken pad see ew. I was in there approximately 5minutes, and of which most of that was with a new employee trying to work the cash machine. Once I paid, about a minute later Iwas handed my takeout. I was offered the additional condiments and the staff was extremely pleasant. Once I got home and openedthe takeout container, I realized it wasn't pad see ew but chicken pad Thai instead. To say the least, I was a littledisappointed because the store associate who took my order repeated what I ordered back to me so I know they understood what Iordered. Because I normally take the takeout container and put it into another bowl for easier eating, I felt the noodles withmy finger (because as I poured it out, the entire meal "kept together" in what I can only explain as wet cat food). It didn'tquite smell fresh to me, so something told me to feel the food with the back of my finger, and realized some parts were cold andother parts were warm. This led me to think that this take out was already made and not freshly made (it also was in a plainwhite box and not their usual green). This is for a couple of reasons; one being how quickly they gave me the meal and didn'tcook it fresh in front of me, and, had it been made fresh it should have been extremely warm if not hot. The flavor of the mealwas quite disappointing, it didn't have ANY spice level at all even though I ordered it very hot as a spice level. And afterreading some of the other reviews of them using too much heat when they had ordered a medium or a lower spice level I can almostthink that they didn't add any at all for my meal.
