We ordered 4 meals, the order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. I went to pick it up, paid, waited 35 minutes after I... paid, then someone asked me if I was waiting for an order. They got our food. When we got home the food was barely warm (welive 2 minutes from the store). I called to let the order people know, they offered a replacement meal but in another 45minutes. Great place to order food at 6pm if you plan to eat at 830pm and deal with your hungry kids for 2 hours. Made mynight absolutely awesome... ended up making my kids food at home. Went for dinner on Sept 15th 2022. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the quality of the food was very poor. Our waitress offered... to take it back and start again but we didn't have time. Our quarter chicken pieces were both cold, and very dry. Chicken shouldnot require the sauce to make it moist. My potato was clearly overcooked, not at all fluffy and rather dark in colour. My saladcontained pieces of lettuce that should never have been presented to a customer. They were shriveled up and far past the timethey should have been served. The best part of the meal was the cup of soup. I should have stopped there. Regrettably this isnot the first time that the chicken served has been unsatisfactory. Took my mother-in-law here for dinner for her birthday. There were 4 of us. The experience was not good. Firstly, the fries were... room temperature/not fresh. Secondly, the robot "server" delivered the food unattended and it sat at our table for severalminutes before we decided enough is enough and took the food off and served ourselves. Thirdly, the dessert we ordered wassupposed to be the warm mini donuts and they arrived ice cold and the texture was hard/stale, we did not finish them. We toldthe server this and her response was "that's too bad". After drinks, appetizers, entrees, dessert and coffees, the bill was wellover $100. Very disappointing considering we had to serve ourselves and the food was cold and not fresh. Read more
