Looks a lot bigger on the outside than it is on the inside. Great bakery and large produce section. Seems pretty clean and... generally is well stocked. The parking lot in this plaza is a nightmare with the roundabouts and many different offshoots withpeople coming from every direction. Definitely come here with a patient mindset and pay close attention to the signs. Read more
Have been a long time Longo's customer for about 15 years and as I moved from location to location I have been avid customer... until recently with my bad experience in this location and a specific manager There was an issue with my groceries and broughtup to the attention of the manager Antonette. This person was rude off the bat and demeaning to me and then when the employeewas trying to indicate the issue she was very rude using crude language and indicated to the employee not to talk. In the end Iwill never visit this store again and will be avoiding Longos all together. Read more
Very pleasant experience with the food counter staff. The store is big and bright also. Ritual app actually works here.
Spacious, clean and lots of variety. The outer ring is great (produce, fridge, meat, bakery, etc). The inner section of shelved... grocery I find confusing. It doesn't make sense to me as to what is where and I end up cruising every single aisle to find whatI'm looking for. On the bright side, when I find an employee they don't just point me in the right direction, they actually walkwith me and make sure I find what I need. Love that level of customer service! ????
