5 guys is up there with the best burgers, at least as far as chains go this place is one of the better options if you're looking... for taste and quality. The fries are good too, I recommend the Cajun fries over the regular ones for a little more flavour. Read more
Of all the Five Guys locations that I?ve been to, this one is the most disappointing. I?ve visited this location several times &... I?ve experienced the same issues each time. The burgers aren?t left on the grill long enough to get caramelization on thepatties (which they?re supposed to), if you ask for pickles you end up with a pickle sandwich rather than just a few slices, thegrilled mushrooms & onions aren?t grilled nearly long enough (again, no caramelization on the onions), the tomatoes always seemto be mealy, and they don?t give you nearly as many fries as other locations (the extra scoop of fries from other locationshelps to justify the fact that you?re paying more than $5 just for fries). All of these issues are very easily remedied? butwill they actually do it? I have my doubts. Read more
Stopped in for a burger and fries. Was quick and tasty. Fries were bountiful we could have ordered one order between us. ... Unlimited refills on drink so only need the regular dize really! Bathroom was clean but needs some repairs Read more
The food was very good, fresh cut fries, and lots of them. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger, it was good but I was unaware it... was two patties. So we got a lot of food for what we paid. The store and seating area were very clean as well. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. I don't say this lightly either.. Five guys used to be my favourite burger joint as a kid, but after... going and receiving an extremely disappointing meal I will no longer be a customer at Five Guys. To start; The burger lacksflavor and tastes like a McDonald's patty. Next: The fries were soaked in grease and not only drenched the bags but also leftmarks wherever placed, including on my lap/pants (leaving a huge grease stain on my pants). Additionally; They took away theirfree peanuts (regardless of COVID, that's over now they can bring the peanuts back). Finally; After eating at Five Guys I hadthe same stomach turning feeling as one gets after eating McDonald's. Oh, and not to mention how two burgers, fries and drinkscosts over $40!! So, after all said and done, I was extremely disappointed and will no longer be going to Five Guys in thefuture. Take my advice and go to someplace like The Works instead, at least you won't feel like you wasted your money after. Read more
It is a busy place, the food is good. But if I want a big thick burger I expect a big juicy patty not two flimsy skinny... patties!!! Service that day wuz good and staff friendly however the place could use a good cleaning. The table we sat at lookedclean but once we placed our food on the table it wuz sticky!!! Read more
You can?t beat the burgers here. Absolutely delicious and the jalapeños are seriously HOT ???? only downside is the high price... as it can be restrictive to many people. But you can afford this place, then come and enjoy. Read more
I absolutely love this place. Great burgers, fresh cut fries, and good service to boot. I'm from out of town but when I take a... trip in to town, 5 Guys will definitely be on my mind. If you're by yourself, order the small fries, there will be enough. Theyfill the small container and then throw in an additional containers worth. Read more
