We have had lunch there several times. The food is very good, and the patrons are a diverse group...from retirees meeting their... friends to guys in work trucks on their lunch break. It's fun to sit at the huge bar and chat if you are so inclined. Service isterrific too. Read more

We called for a party of 10 and were told we would have to split up into 2 different tables when we arrived. When we arrived... they had a table for 10 waiting for us on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Our server Ethan was amazing taking all of our ordersby memory. I don't know how he did it. He got every one of them correct. We all agreed that the food was wonderful and arrivedin a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend Richards for a fine casual lunch even if you are a party of 10. Read more

We go here regularly and usually love it here. The food and servers are fantastic. However, tonight was the first time my... husband and I were disappointed in our dining experience. We were getting seated at 5pm and we weren't even sitting down beforea woman(I'm not sure if she was a manager or hostess) told us our table was reserved for 6:30 so we needed to leave by then. Myhusband and I felt rushed and like we really couldn't enjoy ourselves and relax. We both felt that that was rude anddisappointing. We went there with our infant twin girls looking to relax. It was hard enough to get out the house with them butadding on the pressure of needing to pay and leave by a certain time added stress to our dining experience. They need to planbetter and not allow their diners to feel rushed. Read more

Sometimes I like to drive in a direction and just stop at the 1st place I see I've never been and last night it worked out very... well! The parking lot looked pretty busy but there's way more tables inside than I expected. We were sat quickly, ordered around of drinks and when we received our drinks, placed our dinner orders. I've never received my salad at restaurant soquickly and it was very good! Our entrees came out in a timely manner and everything was delicious. The service was spot on andthe prices were very fair. We love this restaurant. My dad and I go usually every Friday. We always get the high top tables . My dad has his 2 ladies... friends join us. The drinks are great a generous size . The staff is amazing we usually get Kristen who is wonderful!. Thefood is great, the ambiance is good . It’s is a really nice restaurant where u can relax and eat, without be rushed out thedoor. I absolutely have to give this spot five stars. The service was just as great as the food. When we first arrive there was a sign... on the door that stated they had lobster bisque. When we asked the server they said they didn’t know if there was any left butchecked and got the last two balls out to us. It was great lobster bisque and had actually chunks of lobster in it which is rarethese days. I got balsamic calamari and my boyfriend got a burger and we both had a fabulous time.
