During a pickup order, the person on the phone was very courteous and insisted on curbside service. We didn't open the box til... we got home and realized they gave us someone else's pizza. Oh well. Once, our delivery order was completely forgotten, so weended up picking up and it was comped. Another delivery order arrived looking like photo attached. My family and I had pepperoni and cheese pizza tonight and it was excellent! We moved to North Kingstown 6 years ago always... drove by .Wish we came sooner.. we will definitely be back! They also gave my husband a military discount. I definitelyrecommend to give them a try! Read more
So thankful for the gluten free pizza. It's incredibly tasty and safely prepared.
Good pizza for the price but nothing outstanding. Staff was very friendly and we didn?t wait long at all for our take out order.
The pizza is ok, but don?t get delivery unless you want to wait 90 min for a cold pie. If you are overwhelmed, which was the... claim, then stop taking delivery orders instead of delivering a garbage product 45 min after you said you would. Complaints weremet with a shrug. We literally ordered a new pizza from another place and had it in 15 min. [Response] I was told an hour andsimply called at an hour to get an update because I had two hungry kids asking. I was told it was already out with the driver.So I waited. And waited. Knew where it was headed and quickly called a different place to order for pick up. When the driverarrived the pizza was stone cold and I did express the fact that no one likes delivered leftovers. The driver had the sense to(apparently) not charge for cold food. When I called PH, I was told it was my fault that they took too may orders and I shouldhave expected cold pizza. As you can see from the response below, this is the business tactic: Answer any legit complaints withaccusations and "banning" (lol). Pizza is good and some unique offerings. I like the "300 pizza". However. This was one of the last old style pizza restaurants... in the area before Covid. During the time restaurants weren't allowed to have inside guests for a while they completely MANGLEDthe place inside. They have since opened it up again but it looks different, like more closed off. I'll never forget going thereand seeing what was a nice small pizza place reduced to a 6x6 takeout booth for a long time. Read more
Pizza heaven has been our favorite pizza place in East Greenwich for YEARS. There are many great pizza places in the area, but... this one sets itself apart with a great staff who have NEVER gotten an order wrong. You ask for no cheese?? you got it? sauce onthe side?? you got it. They are very accurate with the delivery times and the drivers are so friendly. Everything on the menu isgreat here, not just the pizza. We keep trying different items on the menu just to see if we can find that one mediocre item,but still haven?t been successful. A few must haves would be the Italian grinder, steak and cheeses and their wings!! Read more
