This is a good Duncan both for a drive-thru and for dining in. Sometimes they don't cook their food all the way and you have to... bring it back to them to have it cooked but this is very common among all Dunkin donuts in the area and I really don'tunderstand why. Once you alert them to the fact that they're not cooking things, they will be on the ball for maybe a week or soafter that and then fall back to not cooking things again. I don't know if this is because the instructions from corporate arewrong or if they're just removing things before they are finished cooking because they are in a hurry. Read more
Always a delight to get the high quality take out food.
I stop here before work 3x a week. I order cold brew, 80% of the time they charge me for a cold brew, but give me regular iced... coffee. I asked if they were out of cold brew, but they said no, so they?re just too lazy to bend over and get it. I?m cool ifthat?s the case, but don?t charge me for something you?re too lazy to give me. This location is so unorganized and you cannot even go in to the lobby to get food. Cars gettting cutting you off Bc there are... two entrances to the PL and only one line into the drive through. Never, ever will I go here again and I will certainly tellfamily and friends. Read more
Of all the Dunkins I?ve been to in my lifetime, this one most definitely ranks in the top 35% (and I?ve been to A LOT of... Dunkins). One worker in particular was especially outgoing and made my experience quite pleasant, I believe his name was Brian.Overall this is a fine establishment. Read more
If I could rate this Dunkin? no stars, I would. I came here to get coffees remade from another Dunkin? I went to. Asked 3 times... for extra sugar, never got it and when I sent the coffee back because there was no extra sugar the last time, I was told theoriginal cups from the first Dunkin I went to didn?t say extra sugar... Ordered my coffee and breakfast sandwich around 0830. After being cashed out, the cashier shouts ?another one, no tip? as if I?m... SUPPOSE to tip. First off, I worked behind that counter and I know what it?s like. I get you don?t make enough but guess what?There are people who are serving that actually work longer hours and get paid less than you do believe it or not. I tip when Ihave cash. Even if the service was sub-par ie: Large iced coffee Caramel Swirl/Hazelnut Regular which turned into a large icedcaramel swirl no cream no sugar even though it was labeled correctly on the cup (LG Ice Caramel Swirl Hazelnut 3 sugars, 3Cream. Point is, if you?re unhappy at your entry level job, don?t take it out on your customers, take it out on your employer orjust leave the company if it annoys you that much. Read more
