What more can be said about Dunkin? This shop seems to get less traffic than others I've seen.
America runs FROM this Dunkin. I am standing in line at a different Dunkin, hoping to actually get a correct cup of coffee.... This morning I ordered a medium holiday blend with cream and sweet and low. I received a burnt, stale midnight blend, nosweetener, qwith almost no cream. I pointed out nicely that it didn't seem to be what I ordered. They said they would remake it.I received a medium original blend with milk. This is not the first or even the second time in the last few weeks I've orderedone simple thing and received either coffee that should have been thrown out hours ago or the wrong order entirely. There's nopoint asking them to remake it. The counter staff simply don't care. This used to be a really convenient and reliable Dunkindonuts. I went here for over ten years. Not anymore though. I'm not speaking about everyone. But some places will just hire anybody. If I order from door dash and spend 30 on a 15 order I... expect to get ALL OF MY ORDER AND EXACTLY HOW I ASKED FOR IT. If you don't wanna be there and do your job right stay onunemployment. Thanks. Read more
This DD not only has an extremely fast drive through, but more importantly to me, amazing staff? genuinely happy and kind!... Especially during these times, both women I had contact with were happy, jovial and kind! Thank you for your happy spirits on aSaturday morning! Read more
i'm a regular here and there's fast service, and the order is always fresh and accurate. but best of all the workers there are... always super nice and friendly, and after waiting just a few minutes for my drink the kind lady bringing it gave me free donuts!probably weird to have a favorite fast food location but truly I'd drive out of my way to stop here solely because it's reliablya good experience. Clean place & friendly polite staff, but I just got the worst egg breakfast sandwich in my life... Nothing the staff did to make... it bad, but if I'm not mistaken, the egg is powdered because it had the taste & texture of cheap powdered egg (which I DONTeat). I'm not sure what the sausage was, but that was disgusting too. Not having time to go back in & get my money back, I took2 bites & threw the rest away. Donuts & coffee are good, but I'd not recommend any sandwich item or ever get one again. GROSS!! Read more
The restaurant portion of this Dunkin is clean and comfortable. The men's room is abhorrent though. I can understand the... toilet being dirty from public use but the floor is grimy throughout. Outside of that, I would describe the location asconvenient and easy to enter and exit. Read more
How does one get through calling their phone number and no one answers!!! After 50 rings you get disconnected. Infuriating
