Ambiance is really nice, love the outdoor seating around fires idea. Alittle disappointed because the grill was closed... on a... Saturday early evening.... so there wasn't a huge picking choice for food, also service can be a little on the slow side. I was relieved to find an outdoor seating area for late lunch. Especially in Summer and pandemics, this place had the right... balance of casual outdoor solid spaces (literally with a rock and metal decor), a simple menu, kind staff, self serve ice waterwhile you wait, tasty pastries, big chocolate chip cookies, and delicious breakfast/lunch items with smoothies for there ortakeout to go. Special menu items during regular community events. Check out their Friday nights with music, games, cheesesteaks and ice cream! Comfortable in their well manicured fireside atmosphere, I would have loved to stay longer and listen tothe free music event, in hopes of digesting slowly and and time to order another maple bacon breakfast sandwich with caribbeansauce! Let me start off by saying this is a very beautiful place. Staff is friendly but you're left with not understanding where to... order your food. They have 2 different areas where you have to go and order food. At first we thought there were going to bewait staff helping us out. So, we had to ask about 4 different people how we can order. Maybe put some table tent information onhow they do things would be beneficial for first timers. Perhaps have everyone order at one location instead of having 2different menus at 2 different locations. The food is a little pricey though just for food was over 75 bucks for 4 people (4sandwiches). I had a cheeseburger and it was really good without ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise. Wife and her friend had thecheese steaks and they were a bit bland. My friend had a sausage sandwich that she really liked. We went on a Friday night andthey had door prizes and Cornhole. In the pictures you'll see there was a 3 piece jazz band playing. Such a pretty deck and patio to enjoy at. And again out of nowhere, out there in the wild (nowhere close to city life), amazing... coffee. The ambience of the place makes your experience classy and enjoyable. My drink was spot on. It was really a surprise forme as I did not expect my drink to be half as good, but the establishment uses premium beans and delivers artisan coffee. Read more
