9/27/22 I stood in line for 18 mins, and wondered why the line wasn't moving? People had phoned in their orders and the 3 girls... behind the counter were preparing each order one at a time. They were constantly yelling to someone in the back, to bring themmore ingredients (such as Meats). Another customer walked in behind me. One of the girls behind the counter immediately askedhim was he there to pick up an order? He said yes ???? Why did she not ask me that question?. (OK!) If this Subway only acceptsphone orders? They make good sandwiches but I hope they're storage areas are cleaner than they're glass in front of where they make the... sandwiches. Been a few times I go in and fingerprints, food stains, and other scratches are on the glass and it just looks badfor customers. They get pretty good business here sometimes and they usually have a decent lobby. But today this girl around7pm, bulky white woman with acne in her late 20's maybe had a bad attitude and gave me old meat and wanted to heat up all myvegetables even after they had already heated the sandwich like what? Idk what was going on today, but please here betteremployees. Those who actually care about what they are serving and the environment they are serving the food in. Read more
Enjoyed my experience here at the East Chicago establishment. It was around noonish. The staff was memorable. The tall brown... skin young lady was polite and wore a smile. The Latino brother was very polite and humble despite his outer appearance ofbraids and tattoos.( Never EVER judge a book by it's cover). I may have dropped in a good day... Who knows and who cares!
