Horrible experience, so I never really come to Dunkin? Donuts in east Chicago harbor area but what do ya know, I get the 24... ounce coffee when I ordered a largeeee. Of course I didn?t realize it and thought it was a large until my buddy said that wasn?ta large cause he got a large drink himself and of course the size difference is huge compared to the medium. I paid for thelarge, so I feel very ripped off right now and it?s not a good feeling because it?s such basic stuff to do at Dunkin, which ispour coffee like really????? Wednesday Jan 26, approx 3:50-4:00 Hispanic woman pretends to be manager when calling to complain. Ordering after 3pm be... prepared for watered coffee and charged for wrong order! The most disgusting unprofessional Dunkin. When asking for manager onbeing up charged she continued to speak to her co worker mocking and laughing about the complaint. Not sure the humor inordering a small coffee being charged a large nor receiving regular brewed when asked for midnight? Hire polite PROFESSIONALemployees as you?re NEVER aware of someone else?s mental state or physical state! Such disgusting behavior. Read more
