Every time I come to this place . the wait IS RIDICULOUS it doesn't get any better. Is this a FAST FOOD... RESTAURANT???????????????????.everytime at least 25 mins to get my food. Drive thru. I wonder if Management check onthem.......?????????????????????. There is a Mexican restaurant across from from this fast food restaurant. I order my food and then went to the washroom. An employee was exiting and said the washroom was closed to public and open only... to the employees. I went back and asked to cancel my order and return my money. The employee said she would ask the manger if Icould use the restroom. She apologized and said I could use the bathroom. If I spend my money I should be allowed to use thebathroom. Read more

The slowest drive thru time I've ever seen 2-cars in front of me took 10-minutes just to pull up to order. This was on a Monday... 4/4/22 around 3pm not even during a lunch rush. I pull up to the speaker and the employee says "one moment please." After about2-more minutes he says again "one moment please." After about 5-minutes waiting at the speaker with no line of cars in front ofme. I spoke with the manager inside and address the issue in the drive thru. I also spoke with the franchise restaurant ownerand made them aware of one of my worst drive thru times experiences ever. I hope things will improve there soon when it comes totheir drive through times. But at this time I can't say I recommend that place if you're expecting even just an average drivethru time experience because my experience and the vehicles in front of me and behind me all had a bad experience.
