Extremely rude workers here. They've hung up on my face and argued with me in store for trying get my food remade because they... messed up and kept arguing with me that mayo was the cheese on a steak & cheese that was missing the cheese and paid more forextra cheese. In store purchase they never answer the phone and front desk customer service stuff is usually not friendly most of the times... making the experience uncomfortable. It's a subway, so meh. But as far as subways go, this is a good one. Not stingy with meats and very nice people.

I ordered on the Postmates app and they took over 2 hours to make the 3 sandwiches.Ontop of that the entire order was completely... wrong. I ordered a blt and they sent me bacon on bread. They didn?t toast it like I requested. Then when I called the store theguy and his manager were very rude and tried making it seem like I ordered it wrong. The ladies working at this particular subway are extremely rude and do not like their job at all. Every single time I go in... there I get horrible costumer service and makes me not ever want to go back there again but I love subway. It is extremelydifficult to recommend this subway to anyone. I am not sure what is happening with this location. You guys were one of the best as some have stated here. But for some reason... some of your employees have decided to stop toasting the bread/cheese as requested via UberEats app. This is the second timethis has happened and it's not ok! Also, I tried calling the location twice and no one answers the phone or responds to thevoicemails. I have been trying to let you know that since UberEats made an update on their app a couple of months ago, I havebeen having issues with seeing my selected options for the veggie delight that I always order. I will choose specificingredients and then when I check out, it does not reflect that at the checkout portion. You guys need to care about this issueand fix it. No other restaurant I order from in Eastie has this glitch or problem and you guys were always my go-to for a veggiesub. I am not happy about any of this. I wasted money on 2 footlong subs now and you don't answer your phone. This is not ok.This is not good customer service. Read more
