Very nice, clean , amzing customer service
I've been impressed with the service and attention to detail at this location since they fully reopened after the pandemic. ... Everything is clean and well maintained, and all of the staff have put together my sandwiches exactly as requested, even goingthe extra step to double toast sandwiches when I asked. I got a chance to try the new upgraded deli meats this week and wasimpressed. You're definitely better off getting your sandwich in person rather than on any delivery platform, since thoseseem to basically double the price! Read more
I ordered a delivery sandwich and I specified toasted on my order the bread wasn?t toast at all, I paid extra for cheese but... they didn?t added the cheese on my sandwich. When I realized my sandwich was like that made me remember why I stopped asking forfood deliveries from that specific subway store since that is not the first time the same exact situation happens to me with adelivery order. Idk why employees in that store doesn?t care about toast sandwiches for delivery purchases or at least put thecheese. We deserve the same care customer service that people who go to buy in person to any store but I guess is the same poorquality customer service in the store since the few times I went there in person employees took orders as if customers werebothering them asking to prepare the sandwiches. The 1 star has nothing to do with the service here. The guy behind the counter with the glasses and dark hair is awesome and has... great customer service skills! He made my visit a pleasure. The 1 star is for the OUTREAGOUS PRICES!!! I can't believe I justpaid $15 for a sub and a tiny bag of chips!! And that's without a drink! They need to lower their prices. I'm disappointed with the food lately this Subway hasn't been good. The prices are going up and the quality is gone down.
The people working here (owners?) Are very nice and polite and always friendly! The shop is clean and neat and smells good too!
