Terrible service. F--- My niece wanted Avocado Toast w Tomatoes, Everything Bagel Minis, and strawberry donut. As I continue to... order the food, I asked for strawberry donut and everything bagel minis. He told me that you can see we didn't have any. With arude and attitude tone. Okay. It's fine when you are out of a certain product but there is no reason to be rude and have anattitude. Once we got our avocado toast with tomatoes and sat down to eat it. There was no tomatoes on it. I went back and toldthem that their isn't any tomatoes on it. He started to argue with me, yet again. With an attitude and being rude. It takes mea lot to get mad. I bought iced coffee at 2 PM , short line, everything is ok.

My lactose friends, beware of this woman. She?ll make your coffee with milk and then get angry at you for telling her that you... asked for almond milk. She also reused the same cup that had milk in it and then got even angrier that i asked for a new cup andinsulted my mom with 10 different slurs. She threatened us and tried coming out behind the counter and her manager had to holdher back. This woman does not deserve a job here, she?s full of rage and anger and is capable of hitting a customer. Read more

very very bad experience, growing with an unbearable taste with an odor that seemed to me from cockroach spray. hot chocolate... don't talk about it anymore it looks like hot water with cocoa. I will never buy from them another time. Read more

Total props to these guys. There were only FOUR people working during the morning rush. Everyone was very nice, my order was... accurate, and was ready within a very reasonable time frame despite the sea of people. Also they have eco straws now (plantbased, not paper)! Read more

Thursday November 14th 1030pm. Female worker was very ride, unprofessional and dismissive. I was there to order 3 drinks. She... turned her back on me before I could finish my orders.
