Consistency seems to be an issue here. Ordered cinnamon dolce and a café mocha as always, and today they had almost 3 inches of... empty space below the rim. They advised ?the whip? must have melted : /? but no problem with this last week. Why would there be3 INCHES of whip? Great place for quick coffee stop and wonderful staff fast and efficient in getting there orders done.
I love the place. However, their parking lot is an accident waiting to happen.
Friendly, courteous staff. Drink made promptly and correctly. An A+ overall. Will return. The Matcha Latte was great.

If it weren?t for the morning staff who are clever, cheery, welcoming and competent baristas, this would be a hard Starbucks... location to re-visit. This team should be co-managers of the kiosk in this Tops. They know their clientele and they know thestock. I give the staff 5 stars without question but the inventory is always a mystery.
