The managers here are great! Some employees are tentative, some aren't. Either way, the pizza is good, they've been doing better... with the amount of cheese and toppings on the pizzas. My order is usually ready when I arrive. It doesn't smell like pizza inthe restaurant at this location. Its always cleaning supplies or old standing water smells. Read more

Ordered pizza from them and it was taking forever to be delivered and he said he couldn?t give me a time on when my order would... reach so I called back to cancel my order which I spoke with a coworker to cancel it and hung up the phone.. received a text ahour later saying my order is approaching and I?m not there to get the order so I call them back to see what was going on andwhy the order wasn?t being canceled and he tells me they can?t cancel my order because it was already being delivered by aDoorDash driver which I never ordered my order through DoorDash it was through the Pizza Hut company and store itself . This location is great! Our order has been cooked correctly and on time every single time we have been there. And the employees... actually smile and are friendly. We now drive to Easley to go to this location for pick up instead of Powdersville, which iscloser to us, because the service was so terrible. This location definitely has their stuff together! I order from the pizza hut in Easley, SC, just about once a week. However my experience from this order, had my family and I... blown away!! Everything was cooked to perfection! The pizza was actually really great! The cheese bread accompanying it was also excellent. The only reason I have to give 4 out... of 5 stars is due to the cookie dessert item being burnt. And it wasn't a slight burn unfortunately - it was the whole thingthat was burnt, which basically rendered the item inedible. I would still recommend this place though... Maybe skip the dessertoption though. Read more
